Return policy.

Because Savage Society is a home-based clothing business, every return request is reviewed carefully. Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery if there is a problem with your order.

Eligible returns

We may accept a return when you receive the wrong item, an item with a clear manufacturing defect, or an item that arrived damaged.

To be considered for a return, the clothing must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition received, and the original tag must still be attached.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns if the tag has been removed.

We do not accept returns for clothing that has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

We may refuse any return that does not match the original order condition or cannot be verified after inspection.

How to request a return

Contact us with your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos if the item is incorrect or damaged.

We will review the request and let you know whether the item should be returned, and whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.
